I loved playing this game it's a solid 10/10 I can't wait to see what other games you make

So cute!! The art, writing, and music are all perfect! The story made me cry and laugh, so awesome to see queer stories represented this way :)

heya! studying for psych finals. thought back to this game when i came across Maslow's hierarchy of needs. by any chance, is Robin and Joseph's romantic progression, along with their character writing, inspired by it? here's a quote from my text:

"at the base of this pyramid are our physiological needs, such as those for food and water. only if these needs are met are we prompted to meet our need for safety, and then to satisfy our human needs to give and receive love and to enjoy self-esteem. beyond this lies the need to actualize one's full potential."

for some reason, it just brought me back to this game. cool game btw i really enjoyed it!

i love this game sm it is so peak, my new favorite game is lookouts!! every part of this game is just so good, i loved the story and the characters, the art design and pallete are super nice, and the music is so good too! i need more joseph and robin in my life rn!

this was such a beautiful game :") thank u to everyone who worked on it. i found myself anxious during parts of it, and i'd realized that i'd really gotten attached the the characters and wanted so badly for both of them to be happy. they both feel so alive and real, i loved the writing, the art, everything. can't wait to see what else yall make <3

I loved this game! The emotions felt very real, and the pacing did as well. Wishing Robin and Joseph good luck on their journeys!

this was so incredible i had to go out of my way to log in and comment! ive been playing a lot of itch.io games, especially visual novels, for inspiration (and for fun!) and this one stands out! theres so much love and care put into this story and this world, and it truly is a story worth telling!

i love the interaction with being able to play the card game. if you ever expand upon this game even more (though it is amazing as is) i would love more opportunities for interaction in the world. 

but man oh man this story touched my heart :) pls keep creating and doing what you love!! its very inspiring.

The art is very beautiful

I took time playing this game but it definitely was worth it! The relationship was very soft in a way I never realized I needed and I found myself really invested in the plot. Thank you for this wonderful game ❤️

THIS IS BEAUTIFUL!!! the warm color palette is so nice and pleasing to me, and all the characters have their charm. this game has simple mechanicz, sure, but i found myself genuinely invested in how the story playz itself out. joseph and robin'z relationship makes me so happy, how they keep each other safe and how joseph is always there. trauma can be a big thing, and i like how this game handles it. this game is heartfelt. made me a little emotional too, honestly.
i do love this silly gay cowboy game, believe it or not. i have no shame.<3 much love from me!!

so amazing. spoilers: i really loved the ending arc with mc being scared to move on. I loved the story as a whole but something about him saying he'd built his entire life around curly and didn't have any idea what his life was going to look like without him hit me so hard. getting out of an abusive situation, anything from a dangerous gang to a bad boyfriend, can feel like that. it meant so much to me to see the trauma applied and addressed at the end.

The characters are beautiful; the queer rep is amazing. I adored the story and the mc's struggles were both relatable and had me in tears at times. 

All told, a wonderful game. Good job and I'd absolutely love to see anything else created by you!

This VN is wonderful, one of the best I've ever played, without a doubt, a little short, but perfect. I recommend it to anyone who has some free time to play and I will definitely buy the Gold version Just so I can have this soundtrack the game is fantastic. And well hahah gays

replayed it, had to come back and leave another comment. I love this, all the char's are wonderful rep's for what they are, i absolutely adore Joseph still, Sheriff is great, overall just a great comfort game. Live Laugh Lookouts <333 (also just purchased the artbook and it is woooonderful-)
